Beyond the Broncos Girls Academy program aims to increase school attendance, improve education outcomes and increase year 12 attainment pathways to further training and employment.
The Beyond the Broncos Girls Academy values the vital role that young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women play in influencing the next generation. As a result, we continue to provide culturally based support for these future leaders to succeed at school and beyond. We actively assist the girls with any day-to-day issues they face and help them with planning for the future through tailored career guidance.
A series of personal development workshops and visits from the program Ambassadors complement the day-to-day work of the SSO.
